Allied Experts is hiring Entry-Level Skilled Trades Technicians to join our Weatherization team. This opportunity offers hands-on training and a path to develop practical skills in home performance, energy efficiency, insulation, air sealing, and residential improvement work.

Compensation

About the Position Weatherization Technicians perform hands-on work that helps make customers’ homes more comfortable, efficient, and energy-conscious.
Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
Assisting with insulation and air-sealing projects Preparing homes and work areas before installation Using hand tools and equipment safely Working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas Protecting customers’ homes and maintaining a clean work area Following company procedures and safety requirements Communicating professionally with customers and team members Supporting crew leaders and experienced technicians
What We Are Looking For
Interest in starting or continuing a skilled-trades career Willingness to learn through hands-on training Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical and active work Comfort working in different residential environments Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid and clean driver’s license
Experience in construction, insulation, HVAC, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, roofing, warehouse work, moving, or other labor-intensive positions may be helpful, but candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
