About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bioanalytical Research Associate to support laboratory testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with analytical lab experience who can operate instrumentation, execute assays, and contribute to a high-quality, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeuticsOperate analytical instrumentation, including liquid chromatography (LC), iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-Vis spectroscopyPrepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysisExecute assays with accuracy and attention to detail under minimal supervisionPerform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipmentAccurately document experimental data in compliance with cGMP standards using LIMSSupport general lab operations and continuous improvement efforts Required
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)2–3 years of laboratory experience in bioanalytical or analytical chemistryHands-on experience with chromatographic and/or spectroscopic techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAuthorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred
Experience with imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE)Familiarity with CEX or other protein separation techniquesKnowledge of USP/EP compendial assays What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
