The Role:
Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team membersBe the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day mattersHandle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirementsManage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears controlAssist with budgeting and financial reporting processesCoordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor worksWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years’ experience in Residential Property ManagementReady to transition into commercial propertyCertificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)Strong organisation and attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional approachGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA proactive attitude and willingness to learn
