About this role
We are looking for an Automation / AI Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and working with both business and technical teams. You will help identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI solutions. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of practical, easy-to-use solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity about AI, and a collaborative mindset who wants to make a meaningful impact. You will report to the Director Service Management.
Responsibilities
Work with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvementsHelp define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring they align with business goalsTranslate business needs into clear and simple requirements, including workflows and data needsCreate and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and data flowsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to support design, testing, and rollout of solutionsSupport tracking of automation initiatives and follow established governance and best practices Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar roleExposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projectsExperience with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrationsFamiliarity with AI or automation tools (such as conversational AI, intelligent agents, or low-code platforms)Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working with Agile teams Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
