Role Description
As our Head of Creative Campaigns, you'll be the person who puts Weflow on the map - through creative campaigns, events, and activations that make revenue teams stop scrolling and start paying attention.
Own the full campaign lifecycle: from the initial idea to the moment it lands in front of an audience. Conceive the concept, produce the assets, coordinate the moving parts, and drive distribution. Measure what worked. Work directly with the GTM team and have real creative latitude to experiment with formats and channels. Leverage Weflow's engaged audience, active community, podcast, and LinkedIn thought leadership content. Create campaigns that generate buzz and drive pipeline and word-of-mouth.
Qualifications
Proven track record producing campaigns or events that created real buzz. Strong creative instincts paired with operational discipline. Ability to move fast and figure things out without a playbook. Comfortable writing briefs, copy, and recaps. Experience working with designers to bring creative concepts to life. Experience in B2B SaaS is not necessary; creative track record is prioritized. Fluent in English.

Take campaigns from zero to live: brief, produce, coordinate, distribute, and report. Find and pursue overlooked distribution opportunities. Collaborate with the founding team to turn product news into compelling campaign hooks. Build repeatable playbooks from successful campaigns.
