About the role:
As an HR Student Assistant, you will support the HR Team in a variety of variety of HR administration and operational activities within an international environment. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR systems (Workday), and ensuring high-quality HR documentation and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting HR administration and employee documentation processes
Managing employee data in Workday and HR systems with a focus on accuracy
Coordinating HR document workflows and administrative processes
Assisting the HR team in ongoing operational HR initiatives and projects
About you:
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in HR operations and data. If you enjoy working with systems, Excel, and structured processes, this role will be a great fit.
You might be a great fit if you:
Are currently enrolled in part-time/weekend studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Are available to work at least 30-35 hours per week from our Poznan office
Have very good Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Enjoy working with data, systems and structured processes
Are accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Have basic knowledge of labour law
Communicate well in English
