About this role
We are looking for someone who:
Can deliver high quality teaching and learning in EYFSHas a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessmentCan deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groupsCan confidently cover a whole class on an occasional, short-term basisCan enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learningIs committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessonsCan work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventionsCan keep detailed notes on progress and attainmentIs able to work effectively as part of a teamHas excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staffWill be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community
