Experience of managing staff.Some experience in a successful Kitchen Manager/Catering Manager position (or similar).Have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing.Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required.Be able to manage multiple kitchens.Be able to lead and motivate staff.Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression.Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies.Experience in meeting monthly KPIs.Experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
