An effective communicator - with a wide range of stakeholders The ability to demonstrate initiative and energy in pursuit of improved outcomes for children The ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to working with children Ability to promote fairness and a positive role model to pupils A positive record in relation to attendance and punctuality Professional, personal and emotional resilience

Safeguarding:

Suitable to work with children The ability to form and maintain appropriate professional relationships and personal boundaries with children The ability to maintain a disciplined learning environment and to support effective behaviour management

Qualifications required:

4 GSCE’s including Maths and English or equivalent at Grade 4, preferably Grade 5 Safeguarding (Level 1) training
