Experience of supporting pupils as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or very experienced Teaching Assistant within a school settingPassion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all childrenAbility to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethosCreativity and flexibility in the way you workExcellent communication skillsHighly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humourCommitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.What We have to Offer:
