We are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to join our People Services team as a People Partner. This is a key role within the Trust, working in partnership with leaders to deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful people practices that support excellent educational outcomes.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
Act as a trusted People Partner to senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and constructive challenge
Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and effective risk management
Drive organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and growth activity, ensuring legal compliance and positive engagement
Deliver a high-quality, responsive People Service, managing operational delivery and continuous improvement
Support leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the Trust
Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
You will be:
An experienced HR professional with strong employee relations and change management expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
A credible communicator, able to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships at all levels
Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
A values-led leader, committed to professionalism, integrity, inclusion and continuous improvement
Skilled in managing complexity with discretion, maintaining high standards of confidentiality
Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
