We are seeking an excellent classroom teacher and aspiring leader to join our team, with responsibility for leading a whole-school maths development project through a TLR3.

This is a dual role combining excellent classroom teaching with a clearly defined TLR3 leadership project.
As a Class Teacher, you will:
Deliver consistently high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to succeed Create a classroom culture of high expectations, inclusion and engagement Use assessment intelligently to adapt teaching and secure strong outcomes Contribute to our collaborative and reflective professional culture As Maths Project Lead (TLR3), working alongside Assistant principal for maths you will:
Lead a whole-school project to implement and embed Oak National Academy maths resources as a coherent planning and teaching tool Work in alignment with Maths Hub principles, ensuring teaching reflects evidence-informed approaches to mastery, coherence and sequencing Support staff in adapting and using Oak resources effectively to improve consistency and reduce workload Develop a clear model of high-quality maths teaching across the school Monitor impact on teaching quality, pupil outcomes and staff confidence Provide coaching, modelling and professional development for colleagues Evaluate and refine implementation to ensure sustained impact What Makes This Opportunity Unique
