The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that supports all pupils to learn and succeed
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued
Set high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing
Contribute to the wider life of the school and our strong team ethos
