We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, lead targeted intervention groups, and support students of all abilities, including those with SEND, to achieve their full potential. Working closely with the Maths department, you will play a key role in raising attainment and promoting a positive attitude towards learning.
About the Role
As our HLTA in Mathematics, you’ll play a vital role in raising achievement and boosting confidence across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll bring learning to life by delivering engaging lessons, supporting targeted interventions, and helping every student reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering pre-planned Maths lessons during teacher absenceLeading small group and 1:1 intervention sessionsSupporting learners of all abilities, including students with SENDAssisting with assessment and providing meaningful feedbackPromoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWhat We’re Looking For
