Bligh Primary School is seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing, helping every child to thrive both academically and personally.

Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will support pupils across the curriculum and contribute to creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

In this role, you will:

Support pupils' learning across a range of year groups and abilitiesDeliver targeted interventions and provide high-quality classroom supportWork closely with teachers and colleagues to help pupils achieve their potentialPromote positive behaviour, wellbeing and engagementSupport the development of pupils' confidence, independence and social skillsHelp create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supportedWho You AreWe are looking for someone who:

Holds an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant areaHas experience working with primary-aged childrenIs confident supporting learning across the curriculumBuilds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleaguesIs calm, flexible and proactive in their approachWorks effectively as part of a teamShares our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and pupil successMost importantly, you'll be passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
