Your opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. What we are looking for
The successful candidate must:
Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualificationHave a detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development Show enthusiasm and commitment Have good organisational and communication skills Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learnersPlease read the job description and person specification before applying.
About Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Infants School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.

The Details:
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - £23,970
Actual Salary: £18,616.41
Hours of Work: 32.5hrs a week - 8:30-15:30 Monday - Friday (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Contract: Fixed term contract
