We are looking for someone who will:
To assist the head teacher in all aspects of the day-to-day management and organisation of the schoolCan inspire and motivate staff, pupils, parents, and governors to achieve the aims of the school.Have a strong knowledge and experience of a range of successful teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all pupilsIs continuing professional development relating to school leadership, management, and inclusion, safeguarding, and behaviour managementBe committed to safeguarding, attendance and raising achievement for all pupils
