We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our well-established and supportive practice team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in delivering excellent patient care by:
Booking and managing patient appointments
Processing referrals and medical correspondence
Signposting patients to the most appropriate services We're seeking a dynamic team player who enjoys working collaboratively, can multitask effectively, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

This post is for 26 hours per week, working the following shift pattern.
Monday 08:15am 18:30pm
Thursday 11:00am 19:30pm
Friday 8:15am 18:30pm
Due to the nature of the business, employees will be expected to work reasonable overtime when required to support operational needs during busy periods. Any overtime arrangements will be communicated in advance.

Main duties of the job
The Practice Care Coordinator will work collaboratively across all administrative areas within the practice. This is a varied key role to include being the first point of contact to patients and visitors, aswell as communicating with external secondary services to process and action requests. Ensuring a professional, efficient, seamless service is provided to all our patients.

We are a well-established two-site practice serving over 13,000 patients across a rural community, with a dedicated triage hub at the heart of our service. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, ANPs, nurses, pharmacy, wellbeing and mental health professionals, supported by an experienced admin team all working together to deliver high-quality patient care.
