About this role
Job summary
Our vision is that by 2028, everyone in City and Hackney will have access to outstanding, integrated care that is sustainable and continually improved through innovation. As we transform from a traditional community and acute provider into a population health and place-based partner, we are committed to improving the health and life chances of our diverse population.
This will be made possible through the delivery of our strategy and transformation programmes as we move toward earlier intervention and seamless, integrated care. This requires a Director of Programmes and Transformation who will oversee the Trust's strategy, the delivery of the strategy and the wider programmes of transformation and CIPs across the organisation.
We are looking for a strategic leader who is as comfortable navigating complex strategy and programmes as they are driving internal delivery. They will support staff to achieve transformation that not only delivers a sustainable organisation but that also improves patients' lives.
If you are an ambitious leader who is passionate about using strategy, transformation and programme management to drive change and healthcare excellence, please apply.
We believe that a diverse senior leadership team makes better decisions and ensures better outcomes, so we welcome people from under-represented groups to apply for this opportunity. I look forward to receiving your application.
