Several years of senior management experience in mental health or learning disabilities settings are essential. Management and leadership training evidence is required, with a willingness to complete internal leadership training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is experience managing teams and creating a positive work environment.

Experience in a mental health setting Knowledge and understanding of regulatory processes and the CQC. Up-to-date knowledge of legislation related to the patient group. You will be providing care to people who are currently living in the community, such as the family home or supported living but require more structured care and support, as well as those who are transitioning out of residential schools and require ongoing care and support.
