Our ideal candidatemust:
Have a minimum of one years experience in a general maintenance or handy person role and/or hold a professional qualification in a trade. Hold a full driving licence. Have knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments. Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Qualifications Essential
To be successful, candidates must have a minimum of one year's experience in a general maintenance role or a professional trade qualification. A full driving license is necessary. Familiarity with Health and Safety, especially in Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments, is required. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in covering a range of responsibilities at short notice. Essential qualifications include prior maintenance experience or specific trade certification and practical knowledge in safety protocols applicable to the role.
