Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As Care Home Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and understanding of budget management.
