Step in where <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> is needed most.</h5><p>As a<strong> Bank Community Health Navigator</strong>, youll play a vital role in ensuring people are <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">connected</span> to the right community health services at the right time, providing essential <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> during key service hours. Based at <strong>The Orbital Shopping Park, Swindon, SN25 4AN,</strong> youll work within the BSW (B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire) Community Health Services Single Point of Access (SPA), acting as a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">trusted</span> first point of contact for patients, the public, healthcare professionals and colleagues.</p><p>This bank role supports service delivery between <strong>8:00am and 8:00pm</strong>, with particular demand for staff able to cover the following shifts:</p><ul><li><strong>12:00pm - 4:00pm</strong></li><li><strong>4:00pm - 8:00pm</strong></li></ul><p>Youll deliver a professional, efficient and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate service via telephone, email and post, guiding callers through available service
