Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Head of Maintenance at Barchester, you'll make sure we have clean and well-maintained environments so our residents feel at home and our staff can do their jobs well. You could be pulling together a bank of local contractors one moment and discussing the budget for a refurbishment project with a General Manager the next. Across everything you do, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where first-class care and support can be delivered for our residents and their families will be your focus. With hands-on experience of property maintenance, you'll have at least one trade skill and a proven ability to manage projects, budgets and training. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to travelling.

Flexibility with travel and work hours is important, and a full UK driving license, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
