Working with a skilled and supportive nursing team, youll deliver essential care so that patients stay well and safe.
You will play a key role in routine health reviews that support early detection and ongoing management of conditions. Your work helps patients understand their health and get the right support. Youll be part of a friendly team that values learning, respect and high standards of care.
Main duties of the job
What youll do:Carry out general health reviews and new patient health checksSupport NHS health checks and monitor long-term conditionsPerform venepuncture, ECGs and blood pressure monitoringProvide wound care and administer B12 injectionsRecord accurate information and work with colleagues to plan careWhat were looking for:Experience in a care or clinical setting, or transferable skills from a similar roleConfidence using clinical equipment or willingness to learn with supportStrong communication skills and a kind, patient-centred approachAbility to work well in a team and follow clinical guidanceA commitment to safe, respectful and inclusive care
