Your focus as Credit Controller will be to manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the care home industry. Your focus as Credit Controller will be to be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the care home industry.Other responsibilities will include: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of historic outstanding debts. Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with the Care Home team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.ABOUT YOU

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have experience working within this role or similar ideally in a care home setting. Understanding of credit control principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills.
