As a People Business Partner supporting our Sales and Marketing organizations, you’ll be embedded with our high-performing go-to-market teams—including Field Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Solutions Engineering, as well as Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand & Visual, Marketing Communications, and Sales Development. In this role, you’ll provide strategic partnership and hands-on support to help drive performance, develop talent, and build a scalable, inclusive culture that enables rapid growth. This is more than HR—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor to sales and marketing leaders. You’ll provide expert guidance on people strategy, performance, coaching, talent development, and organizational design while helping to scale a collaborative, inclusive, and agile culture. You’ll also bring a proactive mindset for innovation—leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline and enhance the employee experience and People processes across fast-moving, metric-driven teams.
