Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for two Clinical Team Administrators to join the Access and Assessment Team (AAT), based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth. AAT are a multidisciplinary team and act as the front door for community-based adults and older persons mental health services across Great Yarmouth and Waveney. The team receive all routine and urgent referrals from GP services which they then triage and assess where appropriate.
One position is full time 37.5 hours per week and the other is 15 hours per week. Fixed Term for 9 months.
Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will need to be able to demonstrate your communication, prioritisation and administration skills as well as your knowledge of IT systems.
You will need to be able to work flexibly in response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines and on your own initiative is also essential.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as minute taking.
