Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. ABOUT YOU

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Qualifications Essential
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, prior experience in a residential care setting, proven team leadership skills.
