Main duties of the job As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will work on a permanent contract of 36 hours per week, primarily on night shifts, with the requirement to work every other weekend. Qualifications Essential
Experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm-hearted approach.
