You will ensure that fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruits are accessible and replenished throughout the day, as well as being aware of residents' dietary requirements. To be successful in this role, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Demonstrating high standards of personal hygiene and compassion in culinary service delivery will be crucial. Experience in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, is desirable. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be a benefit.

Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
