As a Therapy Lead , you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff including psychology, therapy, OT, assistants and any other specialisms that fall within the teams therapy needs.Facilitating regular management supervision with individuals in line with Priory policy, using a cascade system with other qualified therapistsAn agreed reduced level of patient facing clinical hours to create line management responsibility, as agreed with the Private Business and Therapy Manager.Be available for any clinical issues the team may need, for example managing risk, responding to complex patient needs, supporting individual cases with a wider MDT as necessary.

Eden House is the first service in our brand new Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under Flourish, Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours
Person Specification
Requirements Essential
The ideal candidate will be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP) with strong leadership skills to support a diverse therapy team. They should have a solid understanding of therapy roles in mental health, experience in management supervision, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Experience in a commercial setting with cost management awareness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is also essential.
