Job summary
Brownsea Ward is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ward Clerk to join us.
The successful candidate should have a naturally organised, cheerful and calm persona! You will be required to manage multiple admin tasks at any given time during the working day, frequently communicating with, not only, the unit multi-disciplinary team but also patients and their relatives. You will be responsible for booking patient's follow up appointments, and managing the patient lists. You will be responsible forwelcoming patients and visitors to the ward, answeringappropriate questionsand provide relevant information in a sensitive manner; referring to qualified members of the team as necessary.
