We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Team Co-ordinator to join the Therapy Services Admin Team, located across two sites in Chester and Ellesmere Port. The Therapy Services Team is a forward looking and proactive multidisciplinary team providing therapy services across the acute and primary healthcare sector within West Cheshire area.
You will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently, supporting the Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy Teams, setting up and supporting admin systems as well as managing performance data. As we work with a broad client and colleague group, you will have strong communication skills of empathy, sensitivity and confidentiality.
Applicants must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally with previous knowledge and experience using EMIS and Cerner.
You are able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, work well with others and enjoy working without supervision and as part of a team. You should have a passion for providing a quality service and a track record of adding value to a workplace.
The role is 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday-Friday).
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality, efficient and comprehensive support to the Lead Therapists. To undertake a full range of responsibilities associated with the post using discretion, initiative and maintaining confidentiality. To undertake a coordinated workload, to work as part of a team and be motivated and able to work largely unsupervised.
To provide an effective, high quality administrative support service to Therapy Services.
You will report to the Lead Therapist of the designated specialty or department.
You will be responsible for your own A&C specific work area.
You will liaise with colleagues within COCH and/or CWP and external NHS organisations, other external agencies, patients etc.

Qualifications Essential
Recognised Administrative/secretarial qualifications NVQ in Administration level 3 or equivalent experience. GCSE in Mathematics and English grade C (or equivalent minimum)

NVQ Level 11 or 111 in Business Administration/Customer Services/Information Technology CLAIT, BTEC, AMSPAR
Knowledge and Experience Essential
Substantive administrative experience Computer literate (to ECDL standards or equivalent)
