Candidates should demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene and ideally have experience in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial, alongside a commitment to delivering culinary services with compassion and dedication.

Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
