You will be an RN Child/Learning Disabilities or Adult NMC registration. A compassionate and motivated professional committed to family-centred care Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. You will also have a passion for paediatric palliative care and holistic support and a commitment to continuous learning and service excellence Ideally you will have experience of working with children who have complex care needs and/or a palliative diagnosis.
Main duties of the job
You will work as part of a multi-professional team, delivering holistic care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Collaborate closely with families and external services to ensure coordinated, person-centred care. Contribute to assessment, care planning, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Act as a strong advocate for children, young people, and their families. Maintain and develop clinical skills and competencies in line with organisational standards. Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environments, adhering to infection control policies. Promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team and with external agencies.
