Main duties of the job As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help us deliver quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include answering phones, managing files, and assisting managers. You'll also be welcoming visitors, interacting with residents, and giving tours to potential clients and their families.
