Job summary <p>Are you passionate about improving health outcomes for children and families? Would you like the opportunity to work collaboratively across systems and communities to help increase childhood immunisation uptake?</p><p>We are pleased to offer a fixed term opportunity for an <strong>Improving Immunisations Uptake Officer</strong> to join the <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Child Health Information Service (CHIS) Team until March 2027</span>.</p><p>This role plays a key part in improving <strong>05 immunisation uptake</strong> across Lancashire. You will work as an integrated member of the CHIS team, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supporting and leading projects that focus on areas and populations with the lowest uptake</span>.</p><p>The postholder will:</p><ul><li>Contribute to and initiate immunisation uptake improvement projects</li><li>Work closely with system partners, community groups and stakeholders</li><li>Use data, insight and best practice to shape effective interventions</li><li>Produce reports demonstrating activity, learning and impact</li><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support</span> vaccination promotion, engagement and awareness within communities</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to develop experience in <str
