Main duties of the job The role of Bank Care Assistant at Tamar and Lakeside Court involves supporting individuals to maintain their independence and comfort in their own homes. This deeply rewarding position requires the provision of personal care, assistance with daily tasks, and offering comfort and reassurance to make a meaningful impact on the daily lives of those cared for. The position includes flexible contracts designed to suit individual needs, and Agincare offers fully funded professional training, qualifications, and career development opportunities. The post is restricted to female applicants only as a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for providing personal care to women, preserving their dignity and privacy. Alternate weekend work is required, and non-UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK with no less than 12 months remaining on their visa, as Agincare currently cannot offer sponsorship. Prior experience is not necessary, as the company provides all necessary training and support up to QCF Level 5.
