About this role
As a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant – Modern Workplace, you will support enterprise customers in designing, implementing, and evolving modern digital workplaces based on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will provide end-to-end consulting across collaboration, productivity, security, endpoint management, compliance, and AI-driven workplace transformation. This includes designing secure architectures, enabling adoption of Microsoft Copilot, and ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and security standards.
In this senior role, you will take ownership of complex customer engagements, develop scalable solution architectures, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Managed Services, and technical delivery units to ensure successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Modern Workplace Consulting & Architecture Provide strategic and technical consulting across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Design and architect modern workplace solutions covering collaboration, security, compliance, and AI enablement. Develop end-to-end solution architectures for cloud and hybrid environments. Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready workplace strategies.

Customer Engagement & Delivery Lead workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions with customers. Present architectural solutions and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders. Support presales activities including solution shaping and proposal development. Collaborate with customers to define transformation roadmaps for modern workplace adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Managed Services, and global delivery teams. Collaborate with Microsoft and internal delivery units to ensure seamless solution execution. Ensure alignment between workplace, security, and platform architecture layers. Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization Enhance existing customer environments across productivity, security, and governance domains. Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and improved user experience. Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 innovations, especially in security and AI.
Required Experience Proven experience in Microsoft 365 consulting, architecture, or senior technical delivery roles. Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace transformation. Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions across collaboration, security, compliance, and endpoint management. Ability to develop architecture and implementation concepts for complex environments.
Technical ExpertiseStrong experience in several of the following areas:

Certifications (Preferred / Expected) Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) Information Protection and Compliance Administrator (SC-400) Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) Additional Microsoft Security or Azure certifications are advantageous
