About this role
We're opening a new wellness space in Medellín dedicated to transformative sauna and ice bath experiences. You'll be the face and heart of our center—the person who makes every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and excited about their wellness journey.
This is more than a front desk role. You're creating the first impression and setting the tone for how people experience our space. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, brings positive energy, and knows how to make others feel at ease, this is your place.
The schedule is rotating, which means you'll work different shifts throughout the week to help us serve our clients across all hours we're open.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients with genuine warmth and create a positive first impressionManage reservations, check-ins, and daily schedulingAnswer client questions and guide them through their experienceKeep the reception area clean, organized, and invitingProcess payments and handle basic transactionsCommunicate with team members to ensure smooth operationsRespond to client inquiries via phone, messaging, and in personSupport daily operations and help maintain the wellness-focused atmosphereRequirements
