Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. Your duties include handling email inquiries, scheduling events, managing office resources, organizing files and records, and supporting the preparation of reports and presentations.
You will also assist in coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, perform data entry tasks, maintain databases and spreadsheets, and welcome visitors and clients.
Overall, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and professional office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a range of administrative and clerical duties, including handling email inquiries, scheduling events, managing resources, and organizing files and recordsSupport the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentsAssist with the coordination of events, meetings, and conferencesPerform data entry tasks and maintain various databases and spreadsheetsGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers to the officeContribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the officeProviding and managing digital learning materialsEnrolling students in online classes (e.g., setting up Zoom sessions)Tracking attendance and performanceCoordinating billing and service reporting to employersAssigned to monitor multiple student batches simultaneously, with the number of students per batch varying depending on the program schedule. Participating in general meeting Handling confidential student informationWork with the local and Indian administratorRequirements
Experience in an Administrative or Office support roleWorking with Educational environment/industry is advantageous but not a requirementStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanorA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureA flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasksGood communication skills since it will be interacting with foreign teachers and other professionals Can work independently with a minimal supervision. Knowledgeable in Google Applications such as document, sheets, calendar, drive, Gmail, google meet, forms, workspace, and any related. Experience in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
