We're seeking a cost-effective Sales Development Representative to drive early-stage sales activities in the construction industry. This role focuses on filling the pipeline through strategic lead generation, automated outreach campaigns, and follow-up calls. You'll support our founder by sourcing qualified prospects and booking meetings, while deal closing remains handled internally. This is an associate-level opportunity perfect for someone who thrives working independently with minimal supervision.

Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and researchBuild and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platformsExecute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospectsSchedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, social media, online research, etc.)Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (email, cold calls, social outreach)Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteriaMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead informationSchedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales teamCollaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategiesTrack, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performanceContinuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion ratesRequirements

2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or SDR rolesStrong experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold callingExperience running outbound automation campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similarExperience following structured SOPs and sales playbooksExperience handling outbound prospecting in high-volume TAM environmentsBusiness-fluent EnglishFamiliarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipedriveExperience sourcing leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar toolsExperience working in KPI-driven sales environments with activity metricsExperience adapting outbound messaging and positioning based on feedbackExperience in construction, insurance, consulting, or B2B services outreach preferredBenefits
