About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to oversee our content production and social media operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how content moves from idea to publication and can coordinate multiple moving pieces to ensure everything is delivered on time and at a high standard. You will act as the bridge between content creators, hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and the audience.
While this is a marketing role, it is primarily focused on social media and content operations, ensuring that content is planned, produced, optimized, and published effectively across platforms, particularly YouTube.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should be able to:Manage and coordinate the social media content pipeline from planning to publicationOversee YouTube content production and ensure videos are delivered on scheduleCoordinate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and other team members throughout the production processReview videos before publication and provide feedback to editorsManage content calendars and publishing schedulesMonitor audience engagement and respond to comments when neededTrack content performance and identify opportunities for growthWork closely with the team to improve video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and overall content strategyAssist with basic copywriting for social media posts, YouTube descriptions, community posts, and promotional contentEnsure brand consistency across all content and platforms
