About this role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Specialist who can design, build, and maintain automation workflows that connect our tools and reduce manual work across teams. This is a technical, execution-focused role — you will be working directly with MCP integrations, Notion, and HubSpot to automate processes that power our fulfillment, sales, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate does not just understand AI concepts — they have actually built automations and know how to troubleshoot them when things break.

Build and maintain automation workflows using MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrationsConnect and automate processes across Notion and HubSpotSupport the fulfillment, sales, and marketing teams with workflow automationIdentify manual or repetitive processes and propose automation solutionsDocument workflows and ensure automations are reliable and scalableTroubleshoot and optimize existing automations as tools and requirements evolve Who You Are

You've probably tinkered with e-commerce yourself, maybe tried to start something on the side, maybe sold on Shopify or Amazon, maybe helped run someone else's brand. You don't need a decade of experience, but you need to have gotten your hands dirty and understand how online brands actually operate. You're organized, proactive, and you take pride in your work. Requirements
Proven experience building automation workflows with AI tools and integrationsHands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — setup, configuration, and integrationProficiency with Notion (databases, automations, API) and HubSpot (workflows, CRM automation)Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automated solutionsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work in MST timezone (Monday – Friday)
