About this role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing BPO company. We are not a recruitment agency. We partner with international US clients and integrate our staff members directly within our clients operations. We focus on long-term placements where you contribute directly to the clients success.

We are placing a Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of our US-based client operating within the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) space, providing therapy services to children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses across multiple locations.

This is a high-volume recruitment role focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding ABA Therapists (RBTs). You will be embedded within the client's operations, playing a key role in ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates to support ongoing service delivery.

The philosophy of this role is not about screening people out — it is about identifying candidates with the potential to be developed into great therapists, even if they are not fully there yet. If a candidate has the right qualities, the client has a training programme to get them ready.

This is not a commission-based role.

Role Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end, high-volume candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding specifically for ABA therapist roles. You will target approximately 10 hires per week, reviewing 50+ resumes to get there.

You will identify candidates from diverse backgrounds such as education, psychology, childcare, and related fields, assessing their suitability and potential to work with children with special needs. Candidates without formal ABA experience may be pipelined into the client's 40-hour training programme where appropriate — identifying that potential is a core part of the role.

This role requires strong phone-based communication skills, speed and proactivity in outreach, real-time note-taking discipline, and the ability to manage a large, fast-moving candidate pipeline simultaneously.
