Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial Operations Management
Oversee accounts payable, disbursements, reimbursements, and expense management. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented. Monitor cash flow and maintain sufficient funding for operational requirements. Review and endorse for final approval of payment schedules and financial transactions.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial trends. Support business planning and financial forecasting activities whenever applicable.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government requirements. Oversee tax filings, remittances, and statutory reporting. Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and regulatory agencies. Keep management informed of changes in financial and tax regulations. Internal Controls & Process ImprovementEstablish and maintain financial controls and policies. Ensure compliance with company financial procedures. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Safeguard company assets and financial records.
Treasury & Cash Management
Monitor company cash position and working capital. Manage banking relationships and financial transactions. Oversee cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidation processes.
Team Leadership
Coach, supervise, and develop finance personnel. Assign, monitor, and review work outputs of the finance team. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience as a Finance supervisor Proven experience in AP/AR With vendor accreditation process and bookkeeping experience Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift Benefits
