Remote VA is seeking a dedicated Tenant Collections Specialist to manage rent collections and ensure timely payments from tenants. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining positive relationships with tenants while ensuring the company's financial interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact tenants regarding overdue rent payments and follow up to ensure timely collections.Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and collection efforts.Coordinate with property management and other departments to resolve tenant payment issues.Generate reports on collections and outstanding balances.Communicate professionally and courteously with tenants to foster positive relationships.Assist in improving collection procedures and tenant communication processes.Requirements
Experience in tenant collections or a related field is preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Familiarity with property management software is a plus.Professional and empathetic approach to tenant relations.Benefits
