About this role
The Platform Service Manager is accountable for the ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of a defined technology platform within MUFG Retirement Solutions. Each Platform Services Manager provides end to end leadership across product strategy, platform operations, service design, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder management for their assigned platform. This role ensures the platform is resilient, scalable, secure, user centred, and aligned with enterprise objectives, regulatory obligations, and customer expectations.
