The Oracle Reporting Analyst III serves as the lead reporting professional responsible for driving complex reporting initiatives, defining reporting strategy, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM. This role leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions and acts as the primary liaison between IT and business leadership, translating data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across financials, and human resources. The position provides technical leadership, governance oversight, and mentoring to reporting resources, establishes reporting standards and best practices, and ensures alignment with organizational data strategy.
